B&B towing service was prompt and efficient, and the driver was polite and helpful.
We can't say enough amazing things about this service. Jay was a true hero in the eyes of my family. He saved our family vacation! Last Friday night at almost 5pm the trailer of the boat we were towing lost the entire wheel and rim on I-91 just 10 miles to our destination. Despite incredible odds and many obstacles (including drivers who don't move over for tow trucks) Jay from B&B was able to get the trailer unhitched from our truck and loaded onto the tow bed. BUT before taking the trailer to garage for repairs, that wouldn't be until Monday, Jay actually brought the boat to the ramp at the lake where we were staying. Using amazing skill, patience and knowledge, he successfully got the boat off both the tow truck and trailer and with only a few hour delay we were on our way to a great stay in Vermont. We had an "exceeds expectations" experience with B&B after breaking down on I-91. Jay arrived promptly and took a lot of care with loading our vehicle so that our wheel wouldn't fall off. He was friendly and professional. He even helped us get a ride all the way to our home with Doug, a B&B employee who lives in our area. Jay and Doug were a huge help to us. Thank you both!!
This place is a joke. They wouldn’t allow me to get my vehicle and therefore charged me for the days that it stayed there. That’s how you know somebody is a scam artist. They tell you you have to get your vehicle during “normal office hours” yet charge you for all the time it’s kept there. This place is a rip off, if I could have chosen who towed my truck from an accident, I would have. When you call they are also extremely rude. Avoid at all costs!
