They were very good about getting me oil but not so good at direction. Told them the fill the rear tank and that's where they put their little zip tie to indicate to the driver which one to fill. I also shoveled a path to the rear tank. So they fill the front tank, realized they screwed up and filled the rear tank as well. Didn't bother letting me know they'd made a mistake just kept billing me. I still had no idea they'd put oil in both tanks until I called Them to let them know I'd paid the bill and they'd cashed it already. That was when they told me the driver screwed up but still wanted their money or they were coming back to suck it back out. A friend of mine who knows other guys who work for other oil companies said they told him its the company's fault not mine so they should eat the bill and leave the oil, or they'll receive bad referrals and lose business when he and I talk about this to others. Haven't heard back yet. Wanted to throw out my experience so far though. Not impressed with this family company.
The next week i found out about the holiday day off and they never delivered. so my tank is at 28% they cant deliver till the next Monday. So when it comes to situations like this i cant do anything about it other then shut off the heat in the dead of winter and not cook anything to eat. hope i don't freeze over while waiting on them to make a delivery.
but otherwise they are great..alway helpful!
I had "too much snow" in my drieveway for a delivery" REALLY less than 2 inches is too much??? My Jeep made it through all of the two inches off of a main road.
I called them up to find out if I'm still in line to have a delivery made for the Monday. Mostly because I'm out of heat and living on a small space heater i borrowed. Anyway i called them and they put me on hold and then when they answered i said hello and told them my name. They hung up the phone. If there is anything that makes someone angry its hanging up the phone on a customer.
Office makes excuses .....yeah, done with that game.

So we got an apartment doing the summer everything was fine when the tank was at 40% we would call in a delivery and it was fine. But with the new years coming i didn't know they would be closed on the Monday of the delivery. It was at 40% and i asked for a delivery and they said they would get one out to me as soon as they can.

I called in to make sure I'm still scheduled for a delivery and i told them my address and things. She looked it up and wanted to know who put my order in. I don't know the people there so i could not say. She then told me i was not scheduled for a delivery and she would put me down for an ASAP i asked if its possible to have it delivered today and she told me she would call me back. An hour later i called them back and she told me she put in a ticket for an ASAP and told me if someone happens to be passing by they will deliver it. She also told me that the tank should be fine so long as it don't get to 0% and when i started with these people the guy told me not to let it drop below 30% so i guess I'm fine now so long as i get a delivery.
a certain desk worker reminds me of that cat burglar ...kind of on the creepy side ..ya know?
